In accordance with § 98 of the Act in question is a public contract is divided into two parts, namely: 1st part of the public contract: Purchase of new vehicles on municipal waste collection. The subject of performance of the contract is the delivery of a new vehicle for the collection of municipal waste below the required specification. On the subject vehicle and all its parts must be guaranteed for any period of at least 12 months. Part of the performance of the contract is to provide customer service of the vehicles subject to the terms specified in the model contract, which is annexed to the tender documentation. 2nd part of the public contract: Purchase of a new sweeper. The subject of performance of the contract is the delivery of a new sweeper below the required specification. On the subject vehicle and all its parts must be guaranteed for any period of at least 12 months. Part of the performance of the contract is to provide customer service of the vehicles subject to the terms specified in the model contract, which is annexed to the tender documentation.
