The vehicles will be placed for overhaul at the successful tenderer~~s premises (service workshop) and taken over from the successful tenderer~~s premises (service workshop) by the contracting authority~~s capacity. For premises (service workshops) located within 300 km, Including from the contracting authority~~s registered office, The contracting authority shall bear the costs associated with the addition and acceptance of the superstructures. In other cases the procedure shall be in accordance with article iii. Point 3 of the individual works contracts. This applies to all parts of the subject matter of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in part b. Description of the subject matter of the contract documents (hereinafter also sp) and in the annexes sp. The subject of the contract is divided into five separate parts.
