The list, Specification of office supplies and their expected quantity withdrawal for 24 months are listed in annex 1 - list and specification of office supplies, Which is an integral part of the tender documentation. The subject of performance of the public contract is in accordance with the provision of section 131 et seq. The conclusion of a framework agreement with a single contractor on the basis of which individual supplies of office supplies will be provided according to the actual operational needs of the contracting entity and all its components. Fulfillment of the public contract will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the contracting authority (see article 5 of the tender documentation) in accordance with section 132 (4) of the act in the form of individual contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement without renewal of the competition.
