| Overview | Contract Award's Details : Ensuring the Operation of Modernized Boiler Rooms RAILWAYS OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC Ensuring the Operation of Modernized Boiler Rooms Document Type: Contract Award Notice Title: Ensuring the operation of modernized boiler houses Reference Number: RVS/01/2024 Contract Type: supplies Description: The subject of the contract for all parts is: •takeover of taken over heat sources for the purposes of production and supply of heat and providing a service with useof these heat sources, including their complex operation, routine maintenance and the performance of all inspections, inspections and service operations at own expense and responsibility, inclusion of the given site for the production and supply of heat in the provider's thermal energy business permit, ensuringissuance of a price decision and production and supply of heat to the contracting authority's facilities at the provider's own expense and responsibility during the entire duration of the contract with a guarantee of average costs for the supply of heat; while •the contractor to the extent defined in the contract bears the risk for the technical condition of the thermalresources; the provider will assess the technical condition of heat sources once a year and, in the event that the technical condition of a specific device requires more extensive maintenance intervention, will notify the contracting authority of the condition; the contracting authority will take over this source and ensure its modernization.
