Conducting a Regulatory Assessment Study earthquake applicable to buildings of the class called normal risk and its efficiency in areas of low to moderate seismicity. The results of these benefits consist in the production by the holder of the following: a Regulatory Assessment Study earthquake applicable to buildings of the class called normal risk and its efficiency in areas of low to moderate seismicity ( firm phase), a comparative study of the regulatory requirements of our European neighbors on the buildings and all important categories associated with zones of seismicity equivalent (conditional phase). The study should help to bring elements of aid in the decision on the proposed deletion or modification of regulatory obligations earthquake and efficiency in low seismicity areas average for all major categories buildings (II, III and IV in zone seismicity 2, II and III in seismic zones 3 and 4). This study will be based on a comprehensive approach (multi-criteria analysis) taking into account the socio-economic impacts caused. The execution venues or benefits are: the study will focus on the French mainland France and Reunion Island (the island of Mayotte is excluded from the scope of the study), the collection of position actors (phase 1) will be carried out within a national framework in terms of representativeness.
