Jana Kubáni Jurigová 813 6 Provision of Modernization over the PPS Black Tisza, the infrastructure of - tracks and ramps Contract award: Provision of Modernization over the PPS Black Tisza, the infrastructure of - tracks and ramps. Object of the contract is divided into two stages of implementation so that parts were implemented independently of the user. 1. The implementation phase The range of solutions includes the construction of primary infrastructure and upgrading tracks necessary relocations to the level of the surrounding terrain. 1. The implementation phase creates independent functional unit. 2. Feasibility Stage The range of solutions includes secondary infrastructure building above ground level at start-up and ramp collection. 2. Feasibility phase creates functional unit after connection to the first implementation stages. The modernization will involve the refurbishment of an existing standard gauge track and outdoor lighting, adjustment of telecommunication lines and relocation of LV and HV switching, water supply and drainage, construction of a new slip and collecting ramps, setting up a new broad-gauge track, catenary and adjusting the level crossing structures. It will also be modernized and transshipment connection to a local optical cabling. 2.2 The purpose of the proposed construction is to modernize the infrastructure of the building connection transhipment. The track will be used for the handling of wagons wide and standard gauge at the ramp. It will also be modernized and transshipment connection to a local optical cabling. The new solution ensures: - Modernizing the rail yard wide and normal gauge the extent required to improve the technical parameters of tracks and allow them to be long-term use, - Readiness to use the track in transhipment and ensure serviceability transshipment complex at Obecnej ramp. 3.2 Modernisation of the railway junction of Black Tisza is a long term objective and a prerequisite for the full establishment of rail transit corridor in the east - west meeting the requirements of technical specifications for interoperability of conventional railway systems of Europe. Railway line Bratislava - Žilina - Košice - Cierna nad Tisou - state border Slovakia / Ukraine was included into the trans-European rail networks as branch Va Pan-European corridor. V, sections concerned do not meet the criteria of modernized tracks to SR international agreements subscribes. One of the aims of the building is therefore modernization of technical infrastructure to achieve the parameters set out in regulation ŽSR Z 10 Rules of technical operation of the railway infrastructure and the AGC and AGTC.
