Supply of Foil and Spacer materials for the multi-layer insulation for the Turksat 6A satellite. Executive Summary Proposals are sought by the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) for the supply of the multi-layer insulation (MLI) foils and spacer materials required for the manufacture of the insulation for the Türksat 6A satellite. The thermal control for this satellite is being developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries and STFC have been subcontracted to supply the MLI for this program.
