Level of service requested: - refrigerated vehicle for rent, - national coverage, - refrigerated class vehicle a, - 24-hour telephone customer service, - assistance 24 hours a day, - troubleshooting intervention within one hour after the call, - a back-up vehicle available within limited time (<3 hours), - compliance with the legislation on refrigerated transport (atp certification), - training of the drivers in the use of the vehicle especially on the refrigerating cell, - vehicle maintenance with intervention planning, - maintenance (including regulatory controls) and disinfection of the refrigeration unit with planning of interventions, - guarantee of reliability of temperature measuring instruments with annual verification, - insurance.
