Söderenergi produces environmentally friendly district heating to some 300 000 people, factories, offices and hospitals in our owner municipalities, as well as electricity equivalent to the consumption of 100,000 households. The company has 135 employees and sales of approx 1.3 BSEK. This call for tender relates to the hiring of consulting services for the implementation of an investment assessment based on more detailed technical studies and planning as appropriate. The project also includes developing specifications and system documentation. The following Consulting Categories requested and shall be held by requesting Consulting firm: - Project management, - Projektadm., - Construction law, - Construction building, - Risk management, - Fuel handling, transportation logistics, - Land and construction, geotechnical engineering, port and dock, - Security and fire protection. Project Description: Söderenergi responsible for heat supply in the south of Stockholm and an annual turnover of approximately 3 million m³ of fuel. A large part of the fuel requirement, a total of 1 500 000 m³ per year, imported. Mainly it is recycled fuels imported by sea freight from the Baltic region and northern Europe. Other fuel deliveries are made by car or train. Transport by boat is environmentally preferable. Use of the recovered fuel is resource efficient than using virgin fuel. Increased opportunities to import more recycled fuels with boat transport is therefore important to both the environmental and the resource reasons. For this to be possible at Igelstaverket required an expansion of the quay, processing and transport equipment Fuels and extended bearing surfaces. Compensation alternatively conversion of existing caverns silo so that they become serviceable and adapted to current fuels is also vital for the proper utilization of sea freight. Söderenergi will sign an agreement with a (1) Consulting for this mission. Assignment Start is estimated to V24 in 2013.
