Maintenance and support of Procapita can only be provided by Tieto Sweden Healthcare & Welfare AB (Tieto). Järfälla Municipality intends to purchase maintenance and support of Social and older omsorgsförvaltningens operating systems Procapita IFO and Procapita VOO. The systems used to support the prescribed documentation is done in the social services and elderly care. The system has integrations with many other systems in Järfälla and relevant authorities.
