The project objectives are: - An increase in the number of students alternately about 30% - A diversified training offer: Post-bins training, continuing education .. - Innovative teaching methods including the acquisition of transversal skills - A socio-educational project around the sports, culture, coaching .. - Modernisation of the vocational training unit the intervention concerns the entire Campus trades but with very different levels: some buildings will undergo a major renovation, while others will benefit only slight rearrangements. New buildings are also planned. The operation will be occupied site with maintenance training activities. The phasing of the entire project will be essential. The financial framework for the work of the program is at the stage of Euro 8 million (HT). Useful area to be redeveloped or rehabilitated: about 3800 square meters Surface helpful to build about 1 900 square meters in terms of timing, the main steps envisaged from the launch of the project management process in February 2015, a project will start in the first half 2016 and delivery of the work in the summer of 2018. Content of the mission entrusted to the winner at the end of the contest: Basic Mission with exe (esq, diag / aps, apd, pro, act, exe, det, aor) + complementary mission: coordination Ssi.
