(Please refer to 5.2 for information regarding specification). The form of contract entered between the Contracting Authority and the successful tenderer to govern the cafe will be a concession agreement. A draft lease agreement to be entered into with the successful tenderer is included in Appendix 4. Tenderers are required to review these terms and conditions and indicate their acceptance thereof as part of their tender response. Any reservation with regard to these terms should be submitted as a query via the questions and answers facility on www.etenders.gov.ie.
