Issues identified with the blocks included weathertightness issues damage and rot to exterior cladding (including asbestos containing material), worn/damaged carpet and wall coverings, deteriorated roof claddings. Furthermore, the blocks have issues with poor acoustics, extensive heating loss through poor insulation and substandard lighting. A new teaching block is proposed...
