The subject of the work is to undertake construction activities, related supplies and services, which are described in the text below. Due to its exceptional cultural and historical significance has been Theresienstadt fortress town situated on the Indicative list of historic sites in the Czech Republic for nomination to the UNESCO World Heritage List, which is established under the Convention on the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage. CSFR acceded to the Convention on 15 November 1990 and is mandatory for her to become a day of 15 February 1991. On the basis of succession is valid for the Czech Republic. The text of the Convention and the announcement of an approach were published in the Official Gazette no. 159/1991 Coll. Indicative list was approved by the Minister of Culture 23.11.2006. The individual buildings are located in an active flood area, which is part of the heritage zone of Terezin, because all the proposed solutions have been discussed with the staff of the National Heritage Institute and fully respects the importance objektu.Dodavatel when performing the subject of whether or not to follow the rules of the operational program.
