(a) Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On Employment, As amended. For the purposes of this public contract, the term consulting program means advisory activities focused on techniques of working with digital technologies, with which we encounter in everyday life, for example, using tablets, mobile phones, computers and the Internet. The form of work with the participants of the consulting program will be designed as group or individual work, presentations, discussions, skills training, role playing, providing feedback, etc. The counseling program will be implemented on the basis of a framework agreement according to § 131 et seq. A review of two suppliers and subsequently in gradually concluded agreements.
