Based on current consumption level, the above ceiling will not be sufficient to cater the needs of the Agency until the expiry of the FWC, therefore the maximum ceiling of the contract shall be increased. The contract included an option to increase the maximum contract volume via a negotiated procedure with the successful tenderer in accordance with point 11.1(e) of Annex I of the Financial Regulation.
