(Both in Hungary and Austria). The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework contract for the service for the service up to 570 000 000 HUF. Customer undertakes to order a minimum of 600 000 km for a pre-planned or extraordinary train replacement. If the framework of the framework contract does not arise, the Parties shall be entitled to extend the period of time by a joint written declaration for a further period of 12 months.
