The contractor based on the concept plan prepared by him, providing detailed design services for its use as described below. The planning task includes preparing all the necessary documentation for the project implementation plan of the project in different phases of plan to be drawn up so that the contractor - as a general designer - design tasks required to supply the following: a) conceptual designs to complement and finalization; (demolition, construction) complete the preparation of documentation and design documentation for licensing b) the preparation of plans licensee; full preparation c) detailed design documentation; d) Using the preparation of working drawings as-built plans. To provide site supervision during construction design - the tenderer must - on the basis of a separate order. Contracting - authorized exception to supplement and finalize the conceptual design under point a) additional job responsibilities as defined above, or parts thereof, acting in its discretion to order. Contracting authority is not obliged to order all tasks. The contracting of each task as regards the written statement of the task order.
