The object of the contract to be celebrated, Regarding the procedure of direct adjustment for the acquisition of services related to the supply of cleaning and surveillance services in the pavilion of moreira de cónegos, Shall comply with the : - the cleaning and surveillance service must be carried out according to the needs of the contracting authority (it will be combined according to the occupation of the pavilion) and the service to be carried out will consist of: ? cleaning of used toilets, Corridors, Public toilets, Sweep / dust the floor, Entrance hall of the pavilion and clean the countertop. ? ensure the preservation of the installation, Furniture and equipment; ? accomplish the guidelines of the superiors and treat with respect the employees and users of the facility; ? perform the function with competence, Assiduity, Punctuality, Sense of responsibility, Zeal, Discretion and honesty; ? to inform the pavilion coordinator / service head maintenance of the irregularities detected; ? know and enforce the regulations and rules of use of the facility; ? open and close the facilities within the previously established hours; ? ensure proper functioning of the entire system and installation support infrastructure (heating, Water and lighting); ? assemble, Dismantle and collect the necessary material for the planned activities; ? make a daily log of uses in appropriate map; ? record daily consumption of water, Electricity and gas in an appropriate map; ? ensure that the set times of use are met, So that there is no abuse of the normal sequence of use and avoiding the superfluous expenditure of consumer goods, Such as water, Gas and electricity; ? ensure compliance with hygiene standards during the use of the facilities; ? make maintenance simple according to your capabilities. 2.
