The contracting authority provides for the right of the option. The option of the option is covered by the extension of the order volume with a maximum of 5 vehicles the same as in the basic order. The Employer will inform the Contractor about the number of buses provided for by law at the time of selecting the most advantageous offer, taking into account the difference in price of the most advantageous offer and the amount allocated to finance the order. The unit price of a bus covered by the right option must be the same as the unit price of the bus in the basic quantity. The Employer may use the right option in whole or in any set part.
