The total length of the redevelopment area is approx. 600 m. The visual inspection reveals longitudinal and transverse cracks at regular intervals and the reinforcement is exposed in some areas. In the area of ??traffic areas (footpaths) there has been a large amount of soil erosion in areas over the past few years, which has resulted in subsidence. The renovation includes a water-side ramming of a back-anchored sheet pile construction with a reinforced concrete spar.
