| Overview | Contract Award's Details : Technical Design And Execution, At The Investment Objective Dj 608 Plugova Modernization (dn 6) Globurau-costis-borugi-cornereva-obita-rusca (dn 6) (romania-re?i?a: Construction Work) Str. 1 Decembrie 1918 Nr. 1 Re?i?a Technical Design And Execution, At The Investment Objective Dj 608 Plugova Modernization (dn 6) Globurau-costis-borugi-cornereva-obita-rusca (dn 6) (romania-re?i?a: Construction Work) Contract award notice: technical design and execution, At the investment objective dj 608 plugova modernization (dn 6) globurau-costis-borugi-cornereva-obita-rusca (dn 6) (romania-re?i?a: Construction work) The purpose of this contract will be realized in three main stages, namely Stage I - technical design services the technical design service consists of the following technical documents 1. the technical documentation - DT for authorizing the execution of the construction works - DTAC - the framework content of the technical documentation for organizing the execution of the works is provided in Annex 1, section A of Law no. 50 from 1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of the construction works, with the subsequent modifications and completions; In order to obtain the building permit, it is necessary to elaborate the documentation for obtaining the permits, the agreements required by the urbanism certificate, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, as well as the restoration / updating of the opinions imposed by the CU, which have already been obtained by the contracting authority; - elaboration of specialized studies required by the urbanism certificate, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, which were not obtained by the contracting authority, in the DALI phase; 2. the technical documentation for organizing the execution of the DTOE works - the framework content of the technical documentation for organizing the execution of the works is provided in Annex 1, section C of Law no. 50 from 1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of the construction works, with the subsequent modifications and completions; 3. technical project execution - the framework content of the technical project is provided in Annex no. 10 of the GD no. 907/2016. Stage II - execution of the works based on the technical execution project, verified and authorized according to the legal provisions. Phase II will start after obtaining the approval of OI ADR VEST for the technical project (the order to start the execution of the works will be issued after obtaining the approval of OI ADR VEST for the technical project). Stage III - technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works. The technical assistance services of the designer will be provided throughout the entire period of execution of the works and if the situation requires it also during their warranty period. Any economic operator has the right to request further clarifications or information, signed with an extended electronic signature, only through SICAP, within a period of no more than 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
