The procurement procedure forms a one-year (1) year framework for which two (2) service providers are selected. The Contracting Entity may extend the term of the contract by exercising an option for one (1) year. The procurement will take place as a framework agreement, as the number and exact content of the services to be procured cannot be assessed in advance. Renovation and new construction contracts have been excluded from the procurement, which will, if necessary, be put out to tender as separate entities. Partial bids are not allowed. Alternative offers are not allowed.
