Fish samples to be ensured by the customer in a minimum of 140 and a maximum of 500 will be delivered to the supplier~~s laboratory by the purchaser in parts during the period 2018-2020. Analyzes will be performed in an accredited laboratory for the determination of organic compounds by a validated method. The required limit of quantification of the analytical method (loq) for these substances in biota must meet the requirements of directive 2009/90 / ec (0,00195 g / kg for the sum of pcdd pcdf dl-pcb). The results will be centered on the central database of the national reference laboratory for the waters of the slovak republic in digital form. The establishment of these substances should be done by a confirmatory method using hrgc / hrms.
