Including, but not limited to: The location is at least 50 kilometers from Beatrixlaan 7, The Hague with a maximum of 1.5 hours travel distance from this location; all 200 workplaces are located in 1 building; equipped with a PC (Thin client), telephone and monitor (at least 21 inches); a black-and-white laser network printer available per 20 workplaces; for 90 call center workspaces soundproof partitions are available between the workspaces; lockers available for 90 call center workplaces; workplaces meet the ARBO standards for computer work; in the event of an emergency at the CAK, the solution is available 7 times 24 hours a week. It is crucial for the CAK that this solution, which meets all requirements, is offered for an emergency. This allows the necessary work to be continued. After a market survey, internal consultation and consultation with our lawyer, we came to the conclusion that COIN Business Continuity bv is the only supplier that can provide all aspects of the required services.
