The CBPR Service is a community-based, comprehensive rehabilitation group programme designed to improve health and wellbeing of clients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and other chronic lung diseases in the Auckland District Health Board (Auckland DHB) region through the use of individualised and disease-specific exercise prescription and education sessions.The CBPR Service will be available in two localities with high numbers of Maori and Pacific people to avoid barriers to participation.
