Lyngby DENMARK E-mail: pipy@dtu.dk Internet address(es): General address of the contracting authority: Advisory architectural services Contract award: Advisory architectural services DTU Lyngby Campus is expected to grow significantly in the coming years. New buildings will be added into the landscape and architecture of historic facilities with respect to the place of park landscape and the characteristic buildings, but also on the basis of today~s technology and architectural expression. DTU has in this context put up a framework agreement on architectural services for construction and operation projects involving laboratories, classrooms, offices, workshops and related support functions such as meeting rooms, toilets, dining and kitchen areas and times. Architect services shall be provided to the DTU and includes construction and operation projects in all DTU~s sites both current as well as possible to come in the framework agreement. Architectural services in relation to the operating projects relate to conversion, expansion and renovation. Services shall be provided in accordance with ABR 89 and EN / FRI~s performance descriptions respectively Building and Planning with DTU~s clarifications Engineering and Planning also with DTU~s clarifications. The services under the framework agreement may be organized both in traditional collaborative and contract forms in partnering or other form of enhanced cooperation. Furthermore, architectural advisers be required to enter into a lead consultant team with other consultants with whom DTU sign agreement.
