The purpose of this contract is the supply and installation in the clean room of the University Paris XIII of equipment for thin film deposition by magnetron sputtering multitarget. The frame should allow the implementation of in situ plasmas analysis means: - Optical spectroscopy, - Electrical measurements, Langmuir probe, - Mass spectroscopy. And also help to make in situ surface characterization of the synthesized layers: - Ellipsometer - Contratinte measures - Leak tests, etc. The contract is awarded pursuant to Ordinance No. 2005-649 of 6.6.2005 on contracts awarded by certain public or private entities not subject to public procurement code and its implementing regulations, particularly Decree No. 2005-1742 30.12.2005.
