(1) of Law no. 98/2016 ' The contracts that have as their object at least two types of public procurement, consisting of works, services or products, for whose assignment the provisions of this law are applied in accordance with the provisions of this law applicable for the type of acquisition that constitutes the main object of the contract in question.
