Rev. 9.12.16It is highly recommended that the contractor visit the site to fully acquaint themselves with the extent and nature of the works for all the labour, materials and plant to be included in your tender. No additional costs will be entertained at a later date for lack of such knowledge.Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same, including all civils work associated with trenching as detailed on attached drawing.The Tenderers shall submit electronically (PDF)their design for approval and evaluation as part of their Tender Submission, failure to submit a design shall result in the Tender being deemed Non-Compliant.The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted.Works are to be carried out in accordance with the existing Programme for the February break beginning Wed 15th Feb this will allow a full 3 day works window.
