The mission entrusted to the incumbent includes the conduct, Control, Operation, And general maintenance (preventive, Corrective and curative) of thermal installations (production, Regulation, Distribution, Emission, Ecs, Gtc), Aeraulic (vmc, Treatment d air), Air conditioning (air conditioner, Cta ...), And water treatment as well as troubleshooting of installations. The mission also includes a service against the proliferation of legionella, The monitoring of regulatory visits to the technical facilities entrusted and the supply of consumables for the treatment of air and water in the facilities entrusted to it.
