The assignment involves answering incoming questions about the admission process to higher education by phone, email and chat in the first line from the applicants and the public. The purpose of the mission is to offer support to applicants Application and admission process. The contract includes responsibility for contact centers operations, eg staffing and management, but also the necessary organizational and technical infrastructure. The issues first line, ie Contact center, the answer is limited in scope. The first line should not answer are diverted to the second line consisting of administrators at the UHR and universities. Call disconnected if necessary also to other authorities. The assignment also includes being a support in its efforts to continuously improve our service to applicants, especially by passing on reactions to the UHR from applicants on the information available on our web pages.
