The Contractor should ensure that they have included for any costs associated with current Government restrictions surrounding the Covid-19 crisis. Allowances should be made on the assumption that the current Government measures, in accordance with the & 039;Construction Leadership Council& 039;s Construction Sector - Site Operating Procedures - Protecting your Workforce during Coronavirus& 039; document, will be in place for the duration of the Contract. The Contractor should also make allowances for issues which may be encountered due to restrictions within their own or sub-contractors& 039; supply chains.
