The University of Lincoln, as the Contracting Authority, is putting in place a Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified under https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations (and any future successors to these organisations) and all other organisations listed in Schedule 1 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) under delegated authority to British Independent Utilities (BIU). This framework is for the procurement of Non Domestic gas supplies allowing for flexible and electronic billing systems; customer meter reading, billing, administration and query management, including full supply point registration and administration, objection handling and ongoing maintenance of customer contracts; transparent balancing and settlement charges; Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) review and the accurate application of industry regulated charges. Under delegated authority from The University of Lincoln, BIU will operate a fixed term purchasing strategy up to 48 months ahead during the term of the Framework.
