In the first construction phase, the foyer was redesigned in 2011. Now the auditorium large hall, consisting of hall, side foyers and sanitary rooms, can be aborted and replaced by a new building. The goal was about 515 seats without creating orchestral trench. The front 4 rows of seats should be demotable so that an orchestra can find space before the stage. A new Z-bridge and a control room were required. Furthermore, the wardrobe area should be redesigned. The new sanitary area should be barrier-free in an adjacent room of the Max Planck Gymnasium.
