The new building is intended to significantly improve the conditions for internal and external communication, create another innovation accelerator for the city of Jena and strengthen the location potential with regard to research and development as well as the expansion of international networks. In addition to office and communication areas, the space program also includes areas for a gastronomic offer as well as required side and storage areas, parking spaces and shows a usage area of around 1,300 sqm.
