(greece-athens: Information systems or technology strategic review and planning services) On 15.10.2012, the Information System Ergani of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs was put into productive operation, which allows the electronic submission of forms of competence of S.E.P.E. and OAED, according to the decision no. 17227/32 of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, published in the Government Gazette B ~2346 / 22.8.2012. The project under announcement aims at the homogenization of the monitoring of the dependent employment, the better support of the control mechanism and the faster execution of the procedures of Law 2643/98. Also, in the context of this project, the EU regulation will be analyzed. 679/2016 GDPR and the cyberspace of the Information System (PS) Ergani , as it is in its current form, but also with a forecast for its future upgrades, developments, for the level of security and readiness, resistance to crises cyber attacks.
