Contract award: Powder X-ray diffractometer with rotating anode source. The subject of public procurement is the purchase of powder X-ray diffractometer with rotating anode source type Cu, with a vertically positioned goniometer. The apparatus must allow execution of two basic types of experiments: (1) measurement of powder samples for classical structural and phase analysis and Rietveld refinement; (2) measurement of thin films for the analysis of their structures. In the field (1) are required two basic configurations: (I) a transmission arrangement, wherein the sample is placed in a horizontal capillary tube, and wherein the X-ray beam is focused by the detector; (Ii) an arrangement for reflection, where the sample is placed in a holder in a plane called. Bragg-Brentano arrangement, and measurement is carried out in a theta-theta mode. Furthermore, the device must be equipped with a primary monochromator, which rids the incident radiation CuKa2 lines and 1D detector with high spatial resolution. Configuration of the device must allow for inclusion of a primary monochromator in transmission arrangement with the preservation focusing on the detector. In the area (2) required two basic configurations: (I) measurement using parallel beam; (Ii) measuring in a Bragg-Brentano arrangement. The device must be equipped with a monochromator CuKbeta line and removes most of the lines CuKa2 producing a parallel beam suitable for measuring thin films, and it must be equipped with a 2D detector. A radiation device must be secured so as to meet the demands SONS (EU or its analogues) for minor source of ionizing radiation.
