The contractor is responsible for providing the best possible service from the front office, consisting of: - Performance of the primary care services (such reports) via phone, email and in the future other communication channels at the SMP and the KCC; - Carrying out the second-line services to the SMP; - Reporting and identification of all incoming, registered and handled customer contacts and reports of internal and external customers; - Hospitality service in the lobby of the headquarters in Ridderkerk - Customer satisfaction measurement and reporting. Fall outside the scope: - Carrying out the second line services at the KCC; - External call center for the purpose of the primary function KCC.
