Act with multiple suppliers (min. Two for each part of the public contract) for the purpose of providing services consisting of mining and other forestry activities (approaching, afforestation, accents, handling, production of fence). Individual public contracts will be implemented as partial performance, depending on the current need for the contracting authority, the implementation of which will take place separately. On the basis of a concluded framework agreement, public contracts will be awarded as a procedure without restoring the competition between the participants of the Framework Agreement. All conditions of fulfillment of public contracts for individual parts are contained in the framework agreement. The contract is divided into parts.
