Strategic Partnership for Engineering and Technical Services Framework Agreement Cormac Solutions, New County Hall, Treyew Road For the attention of: Supply Chain and Support Services Manager TR1 3AY Truro UNITED KINGDOM Telephone: +44 Fire-alarm systems Contract award: Framework agreement for maintenance of fire alarm systems. The Fire Alarm Contractor or any sub-contractor must hold: — LPS1014 or — the BAFE SP203 accreditations. The contract includes the provision of a 24/7 call-out with either a 45-min or 1,5-hour site attendance response time for critical emergencies, 4-hour for rapid response repairs and 24-hour for routine repairs, with a first time fix where possible and where not possible a maximum 48-hour fix time to restore to fully operational service. Fife Council is under no obligation to award any contracts under this framework agreement with the highest scoring providers, in so far as there is a sufficient number of tenders who satisfy the criteria and submit admissible tenders which meet the award criteria. Where a tenderer has been formally selected by Fife Council as a party to the framework agreement, that tenderer shall be referred to as a Service Provider.
