The contracting authority under the project Support for separated waste collection in Galanta, this procurement is procured Trucks containers, bulk containers stretching. 2. The contracting authority is governed by ? 35a (including energy and environmental effects of the operation of a motor vehicle) of Law no. 25/2006 Coll. public procurement and amending certain laws and law no. 158/2011 Coll. on the promotion of energy saving and environmental motor vehicles and amending certain laws, it follows that when purchasing a vehicle into account energy and environmental impacts vehicles (Euro VI.) during his lifetime in the specification or in the purchasing decision. Purchased vehicle must comply with respect to the noise level and the exhaust system of Directive 70/157 / EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the permissible sound level and the exhaust system of motor vehicles (Regulation no. 309/2006 Slovak Government Regulation on technical requirements for exhaust systems and permissible sound level of motor vehicles. The contracting authority for the purchase of vehicles will require the applicant to submit the technical documentation of the vehicle (data sheets, brochures) with the implementation of European standards EURO VI and the possibility of registering the vehicle after 1.1.2014 and photos of the vehicle.
