Spare parts for track devices are part of them (the track device is a fixed track installation built for branching and crossing of railway lines). The track devices are divided according to their usefulness into: single track switches, double or single junction crossings and single or combined track straps. Spare parts for track devices will be used on CF lines with the following characteristics: - gauge: 1,435 mm; - speed on the direct line: 160 km / h; - max axle load: 250 kN; - type of track without joints (CFJ) or track with joints (CCJ). Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications / additional information in connection with the award documentation until the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications / additional information regarding the award documentation: the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be submitted to SICAP, signed with an extended electronic signature.
