The contracting authority requires the gradual migration of its existing networks to a new radio data network (hereinafter referred to as RDS), which will correspond to the current communication standards for data transmissions in critical infrastructure networks and will allow easy integration with the current and in the near future used technologies. The RDS must meet the current requirements for cyber safety in critical infrastructure networks.
