Specifically, the main objectives of this project are: - recording - evaluation - adaptation of the organizational structure and existing procedures IDIKA SA, by making full use of all of the staff serving. - Simplification and reform of key business functions. - The design of functional adaptation and the development of the transition plan to the new operating model. - Training staff involved in the new procedures provide simplified services. - Support the implementation of the new operating model. - Specialized technical and scientific support of the ongoing introduction of new technologies action.
