At least 45 units of 15KWp and 10Kwp systems will be deployed in a public-private partnership, 50% of installed capacity will be sold to off-takers around the facility (households or productive load uses) This TA will act as owners engineer responsible for systems design/validation, sites selection, project management, selection of installation contractors , supervision of solar micro-grid installation and retrofit work at PHCs selected, load assessment, communications and visibility of the overall programme, stakeholder’s engagement, securing counterpart funding from benefiting states a key requirement for selecting benefiting state.
