The choice for a framework agreement was made in connection with the advantages of having 1 contact point, Standardization of the services to be deployed and achieving efficiency in the operational purchasing process. The framework agreement is entered into for a period of 2 years. After this term, The client has the option to unilaterally extend the agreement 2 times for a period of 1 year.
