Hds habitat has more than 230 technical installations for heating and domestic hot water production for nearly 27,000 homes. 7 operators are responsible for the maintenance and operation of this equipment as well as the monitoring and optimization of energy consumption. Hds habitat requires the assistance of external contractors to monitor the proper execution of the said maintenance and operating contracts and to provide support and advice for, Inter alia, Carrying out a technical audit of the aforementioned equipment, The study and monitoring changes in energy consumption, Monitoring tenant complaints and finding technical solutions in case of recurring or serious problems.
