Eleven Government Agencies located within the Karratha Quarter will share Government Campus Network services GCN including and limited to mpls network connecting each agency back to its own backbone via Vlan and VRF, Wireless access and Voice Over IP telephony using Cisco Solution and Cisco phones as well as Cisco Video Conference equipment~s i.e. MX300. The GCN is supported by Kinetic IT under contract to the Department of Finance for the provision support within the Perth Metropolitan area and will provide levels 2 and 3 support remotely for the Karratha Quarter. It is intended that the successful respondent to this request will provide level 1 support to users located within the Karratha Quarter in conjunction with Kinetic IT. Engagement of a supplier to provide Level 1 support to agencies located within the Karratha Quarter. Following agreed response times, unit costs and a set scope of work as escalated and coordinated from the GCN ICT Service Desk team. GCN will require Level 1 technical support to be placed at the Karratha headquarter building to address all the required level 1 helpdesk support for all GCN tenants in the Karratha headquarter.
