Armstrong Court is a three storey flatted development accessed off the High street in the centre of the town. Surrounded by predominantly residential buildings with a large commercial building located near the rear of Block B/C. The site is located on a one way street accessed from the A7 road with a narrow entrance to the developments communal car park.The development at Armstrong Court was built in 1991.Block A is occupied and will remain in place. Blocks B & C are situated to the rear and are to be taken down with all debris removed from site.It is Loreburn~s intention to leave the site permanently and securely fenced.The site is to be left in a maintenance free state with a heavy duty weed control fabric laid over the site and finished with hardcore.The project will take cognisance of future maintenance requirements, compliance with Loreburn Housing Association~s Design Guide and the Project Brief.A full specification will be provided at tender stage.
